Hydrate lips first with a thin layer of Candy Rain lip oil to prep and soften the lip surface. Apply lipstick. The lipstick formula is buildable which means you can control the intensity of the finish. Here are 2 ways to wear U Matte Me Wanna for a versatile look:
1. For a soft, blotted look, apply one layer evenly over the entire lip surface;
2. To get a bolder finish, apply a second layer around the perimeter of the mouth to frame the lips. At each corner (where your mouth opens), put an extra layer on both the top and bottom lip going inwards to balance the effect. This gives a monochrome ombre effect that adds dimension by using the outer layer to frame the more subtle center.
