HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We use standard shipping which takes 10- 15 days to arrive. Please note that they are certain times of the year where are warehouses are closed, so order processing will be delayed. The following dates are Blackout calendar dates:
January 1
February 7th~February 20th
April 3rd~April 5th
May 1st ~ May 5th
June 22~June 24
September 30~October 7 (delayed until Oct 13th)
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to how quickly our orders enter the warehouse’s system, we normally are unable to cancel or edit existing orders. If you have specific questions about your particular order, please feel free to contact us directly at info@cococabloombeauty.com.
I HAVE AN ORDER ISSUE: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
Firstly, we’re sorry for that! Although we prepare and pack our items with love and care, sometimes things happen. If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item or missing item) or if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@cococabloombeauty.com. Please place your name and order # in the subject line and include images of the product(s) received in your email to us. Upon review, customer support will arrange for replacement product(s) to be sent to you if applicable.
We don’t accept returns for any opened products for any reason. We’re also unable to accept online exchanges at this time.
